St. Mande, is a village area, comprising all the shops you would expect, bakers, butchers, post office, pharmacy, etc., along with a couple of small supermarkets. There are also open markets twice a week within easy walking distance.
There is a bus service to the centre of Paris, but the Metro , which is ten minutes walk, is on the No.1 line which goes straight to the heart of the city.
To enter the building a digicode is required.
The flat is on the sixth floor of the building. There is a lift.
All the appliances are electric, heating, hot water, cooker, dishwasher and fridge. (There is no washing machine, but there is a local launderette). There is a TV, and internet access.
The flat is suitable for a couple.
There is a no smoking and no pet policy.
